Ordering and Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped out in a about a week, more or less, depending on how busy things are. If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be e-mailed right away to ask if you can wait for it to come in. Credit cards will not be charged until the day the order is shipped.

Shipping cost is $6.00 for the first book, 50 cents for each additional book shipped at the same time. Orders are usually sent via U.S. mail, Book Rate. If this is a problem for you, let us know via e-mail.

If you wish to pay by check, make the check payable to Castle Furnishings and send it to: Castle Furnishings, 432 W 7th St., Erie, PA, 16502.

At this time, we are not taking orders from outside the United States. As a small business, we are not quite up to dealing with customs, foreign deliveries, etc.

Your information will not be shared or sold to any other company, ever. We do collect the e-mail addresses of past customers and, every couple of months, send out a letter describing some of the new and exciting books that have come in. If you do not wish to receive this, please let us know.
