are calling this a "coloring book" but I think it would be a
rare child who would find it interesting. What it does have is 45
pages of large and detailed line drawings of Byzantine costume.
The captions usually give color information and identify the century and
the class of people pictured. It's not documentation, but it is an
excellent (and cheap) place for someone who is just starting an interest
in Byzantine garb to get ideas.
